Heritage in the gorge
Our staff and volunteers are passionate about the Ironbridge story and work tirelessly to preserve and protect the industrial heritage, collections and social history of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.
Looking after 35 Listed Buildings, Scheduled Monuments and running an extensive education programme is a mammoth task.
Whilst income from ticket sales, shops and cafes really helps, it does not cover all of our costs and every year we need to raise additional money through voluntary donations.
