The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust is joining the nationwide effort to support charities across the UK this May Bank Holiday Weekend with the Captain Tom 100 Challenge
This is the fantastic opportunity for you to do something fun and challenging from Friday 30 April to Bank Holiday Monday 3 May 2021 to celebrate Captain Sir Tom Moore’s amazing achievements and raise vital funds for the museums and our mission to protect the internationally recognised heritage of the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.
Many vital fundraising events across the UK have been postponed or cancelled due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The Captain Tom 100 challenge will help charities recover and raise funds for their important work.
How can I get involved?
You can do any type of activity of your choice based around the number 100 and do it any time from Friday 30 April through to Bank Holiday Monday 3 May.
Your 100 challenge could be absolutely anything, such as running for 100 minutes, baking 100 cakes, flipping 100 pancakes, juggling for 100 seconds, singing for 100 minutes or anything else you can think of. It is very much your chance to do it your way!
