See inside this curious factory, abandoned by workers in 1957, and get an eerie glimpse into a world and industry that have long since passed. Broseley was the centre of clay tobacco pipe manufacturing and pipes made here were celebrated as being the very best.

Admission to Broseley Pipeworks is by guided tour only on Saturdays during the summer. These tours are included in the admission fee. 

Broseley Pipeworks is currently closed and will reopen for pre-booked guided tours, on Thursdays & Saturdays at 11am, 12.30pm, 2pm or 3.30pm, from 28 July until 10 September only. It is closed at all other times.

You can withdraw money from our free-to-use cash machine at Blists Hill Victorian Town or from the Co-op in Ironbridge town or on Ironbridge Road in Broseley
